BOOKING CONFIRMATION Your booked date will be held for seven (7) days. If a deposit has not been paid this date will be released.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 25% of the venue hire is required to secure your booking, this will be invoiced to you as soon as we receive your booking form.
BALANCE OF VENUE HIRE & BOND PAYMENT is required one (1) month prior to your reserved date, and payment for beverage package and any extra options, two (2) weeks before your event.
BOND: A Bond of $500 will be included in your final invoice, to cover any outstanding amounts accrued and any damage or loss. This bond will be refunded by direct debit within seven (7) days from completion of the event.
